With over 25 years of experience spanning IT strategy, executive coaching, and transformation leadership, Sue combines pattern recognition, strategic foresight, and relational fluency. She is not only governance-aware—she is governance-relevant: certified as an ESOP Board Director via the Private Directors Association and trusted by leadership teams navigating succession, scale, and post-acquisition ambiguity.
